  • How do I subcribe to the Gentle Blooms website and is it free?
    Go to the top left of the webpage and you will see a login bar. If you click on that, a login page will appear that will also give you the option to sign up. Signing up is free, it will allow you access to special content. Some content, like certain tutorials, is payed.
  • Does Gentle Blooms send out newsletters?
    Every now and then I will send out a newsletter with updates and news about my work. Newsletters often contain special offers.
  • How do I unsubscribe from Gentle Blooms?
    Send me an email at gentlebloomsart@gmail.com, or use the contact form on my contact page to notify me if you want to unsubscribe. I will remove all your data from my website as soon as I have received your request. Note that if you unsubscribe, you might also loose access to payed online content and payed tutorials.
  • How long does a free subscription last?
    Free subscription to my website lasts untill cancellation (see also: 'How do I unsubscribe from Gentle Blooms?').
  • How long does a payed subscription last, and can I cancel it?"
    Subscriptions to payed online content (i.e. a pricing plan, tutorial, or exclusive blog content) last a lifetime. Note that on the check out page before purchasing a plan, the length of duration is set to 10 years. This is a standard automated setting. After 10 years, your subscription will be automatically prolonged. Subscriptions with a one-time payment to online content can not be cancelled. Subscriptions with a recurring payment to online content can be cancelled anytime, and will be cancelled on the first day of the next month.
  • Can I cancel or refund an item bought from the store?
    Physical products can be cancelled within 14 days after the customer has received their order. The item will be fully refunded, once it has returned to Gentle Blooms without any damage. Extra shipping costs for returning an item are payed by the costumer. If you have ordered a commisioned painting and you'd like to cancel it, please contact me personally, through the contact page on my website, or send me an e-mail at gentlebloomsart@gmail.com
  • How are my private data used by Gentleblooms.com?
    In order to ship products purchased in the webshop, and to be able to send out my newsletter, the gentle blooms website collects the following information: - your name - your contact details, including email address and postal address. This information is used for the purpose of sending newsletters and e-mails and sending ordered products from the webshop only. Your information is not shared with any third party. If you do not wish to provide gentleblooms.com with your personal information, you may contact me anonymously, or by using a pseudonym. Note that buying items from the webshop or subscribing to a payed online content, your name, e-mail and address will be needed in order to complete the order.
